Terms & Testing Agreement
Please read these terms carefully. By using this website, submitting a sample, paying an invoice, or relying on a Titreon Analytical certificate, you accept the following.

01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Testing Agreement (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and any analytical service provided by Titreon Analytical ("Titreon", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting an application or sample, paying an invoice, or relying on a Titreon certificate, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services. Applications are accepted only with affirmative consent to the current version of these Terms (tos-2026-08-05); we record that consent with a timestamp.
02 The services
Titreon Analytical is an independent analytical testing service. Analysis is performed by Titreon and/or partner analytical laboratories operating under quality systems aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Titreon is not itself an accredited laboratory and makes no representation to the contrary. Our only obligation is to perform the agreed analysis with reasonable care and to report the results. Nothing creates a practitioner, clinical, or advisory relationship.
03 Research use only
All compounds and materials referenced by Titreon Analytical are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics for use in humans or animals, and nothing on this website or in any report should be read as authorizing, encouraging or assisting human or veterinary use.
04 No sale, supply or endorsement
We do not manufacture, sell, supply, distribute, promote, endorse or recommend any product we test. A certificate of analysis describes a sample as received; it is not an approval, a safety clearance, or a recommendation to purchase, sell or use anything.
05 No medical, clinical or diagnostic use
Nothing published by Titreon Analytical is medical, clinical, diagnostic or dosing advice. Our services are not performed under CLIA and no result may be used for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of any disease, or for any decision about the health of any person. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any health decision.
06 Assumption of risk
Any decision to administer, consume, inject, apply or otherwise use a tested material — by you or by any other person — is made solely by the person making it, at their own risk, and contrary to our express research-use-only terms. All consequences of such a decision rest entirely with that person. Titreon accepts no responsibility for any use of any tested material in or on any person or animal.
07 Client representations
By submitting a sample you represent and warrant that: you are 18 years or older; you have the lawful right to possess and submit the sample; the sample was lawfully obtained; the information you provide is accurate; and you will use results only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
08 Prohibited samples
Do not submit controlled or scheduled substances, or any material you are not legally entitled to possess, unless we have expressly agreed in writing in advance. We may refuse, quarantine, retain or destroy any sample at our discretion, and may cooperate with authorities where the law requires.
09 Samples & handling
Analysis is performed on the sample in the condition received. Samples may be consumed, retained or destroyed in the course of analysis and are not returned unless agreed in writing. We maintain a documented chain of custody from receipt to disposal.
10 Scope of results
Results relate only to the specific sample tested, in the condition received, at the time of analysis. They cannot be assumed to represent any other unit, lot, batch or future production. Graphical exhibits presented online are rendered representations generated from reported analytical results for clarity; primary instrument data are retained on file.
11 No reliance by third parties
Certificates are issued solely to the submitting client for the stated research purpose. Any third party who sees or relies on a certificate does so entirely at their own risk. A certificate may not be presented as a Titreon endorsement of any product, vendor or use, and must not be altered or partially reproduced.
12 Certificates & verification
Certificates of analysis are protected documents released to the submitting client. Verification requires the certificate number and the unique verification key printed on the certificate. Titreon records are the authoritative source; a document that does not match our verification record should be treated as unverified.
13 No warranties
This website and all results and reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that any result is error-free.
14 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Titreon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data, arising from the website, the services or any result. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees actually paid to Titreon for that specific service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Titreon Analytical, its officers and partners from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms; your use, sale, distribution or administration of any tested material; or any claim by a third party relating to material you submitted or results you published or shared.
16 Data & privacy
When you apply for testing or request portal access, we collect the contact and submission details you provide — name, email, organization and sample information — solely to scope, perform and report the analysis. Submissions are stored encrypted. We do not sell personal data. To access or delete your information, contact reports@titreonanalytical.com.
17 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration, except where such a waiver is not permitted by law.
18 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you submit an application or pay an invoice governs that engagement. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version and date are shown above.
